All product and treatment sales are final.

Prior to any treatments, all clients must accurately and truthfully complete a health history form. This information is used to ensure that all procedures and products are appropriate for each individual client. This information is protected by the HIPPA legislation and will not be shared with anyone without the client's expressed written consent.

Consent acknowledging the the risks and the benefits and associated fees will be reviewed with all clients prior to initiation of any procedure. KVINDE Medical Aesthetics reserves of the right to refuse service or the sales as determined by the injector.

Photography of injection sites for legal documentation purposes will be completed on all patients. This is done to protect both the client and the clinician. Photos will be strored securely within the patient chart and will not be released without patient consent. Photos and testimonials will not be used for social media, marketing or any other purpose without written consent by the client.

All procedures, treatment and products are considered "elective", and non-insured by public healthcare. At any time prior to initiation of procedure, a patient may consult or seek second opinion without penalty.

 

Any fees for product or services are the responsibility of the client and will be paid in full at the time of the service. Please note that no-shows may apply.
